In February I am doing a #betterlife #staufferfitness challenge! I would love to have you join me. It is a big challenge to get your life on a schedule of, fitness program, calorie counter, and cleaning. I have it all ready for you and I would love to have you join me. Please only join if you are serious and want to improve your life. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit….we’re going 28 for extra measure!
