Peanut Butter Cookies!

These are NOT the peanut butter cookies that you will put the chocolate kisses on. These are just plain jane peanut butter cookies. They will come out thin, chewy, and be gone before you know it.

RECIPE: Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies
FROM: The Stauffer Home, Lauren

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:
o Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
o Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.
o Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
o Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake! These cookies are best when they are still soft and just barely brown on the bottoms.

Enjoy these with a tall glass of milk, you will need it.

Peanut butter is my weakness. I eat it every day – no joke! I would love to share your recipe on livingbetter50.com. I work for the site and think it would be a great addition to our upcoming layout for fall. If you’re interested please let me know here or email me at loriray77@gmail.com.
Thanks! (I will be making these today, lol)
